■ Basic Policy on the Protection of Personal Information
一般社団法人EMS（以下、「当法人」といいます）は、個人情報の保護及びプライバシーの尊重を重視し、以下の方針に基づき個人情報の保護に努めます。
EMS General Incorporated Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association") places great importance on the protection of personal information and respect for privacy, and endeavors to protect personal information based on the following policy.
個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下、「個人情報保護法」といいます）第2条第1項に定められている個人情報（以下、単に「個人情報」 といいます）の取り扱いについては、この基本方針を遵守するとともに、組織体制を整備し、その適切な取り扱い及び保護に努めてまいります。
Regarding the handling of personal information as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act"), the Association shall comply with this basic policy, establish an organizational structure, and endeavor to handle and protect such information appropriately.
当法人は、個人情報の安全管理が図られるよう、当法人の役員及び社員、外注スタッフ及び講師、運営メンバー（事務局、ファシリテイティング・アシスタント（FA）、Zoomホスト、その他有償無償を問わず、Essential Management Schoolの運営に携わるメンバー）並びに参加者に個人情報保護の重要性を共有し、秘密保持に関する規約の同意、及び契約を結びます。
To ensure the safe management of personal information, the Association shall share the importance of personal information protection with its officers and employees, outsourced staff and instructors, management members (secretariat, Facilitating Assistants (FAs), Zoom hosts, and any other members involved in the operation of Essential Management School, whether paid or unpaid), as well as participants, and shall obtain agreement to confidentiality rules and enter into contracts accordingly.
当法人は、個人情報を適切な方法で管理し、正確かつ最新の状態に保ちます。情報通信技術及び組織体制の両面から合理的な安全対策を講じて、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、誤用、改ざん、漏洩等の防止に努めます。
The Association shall manage personal information by appropriate means and keep it accurate and up to date. The Association shall take reasonable security measures from both information and communications technology and organizational perspectives to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, misuse, alteration, or leakage of personal information.
当法人は、個人情報の保護及び管理のために必要な事項を継続的に見直し、その維持、改善に努めてまいります。
The Association shall continuously review matters necessary for the protection and management of personal information and endeavor to maintain and improve them.

第1条（当法人が収集する個人情報）

当法人が収集する個人情報は以下の通りです。

当法人へのお問い合わせ、資料や情報のご請求、各種コースやイベント等のお申込時またはお申込後に届け出た事項（氏名、住所、電話番号、生年月日、所属先、メールアドレス、Facebookアカウント等）
Information provided at the time of or after making inquiries to the Association, requesting materials or information, or applying for various courses and events (including name, address, telephone number, date of birth, affiliation, email address, Facebook account, etc.)
当法人が提供するコース、イベントその他のサービスのご利用状況

各種コースやイベントにおいて、その様子を動画撮影する場合があります。これは、参加者に対する事前資料、欠席者の補講や復習としての参考資料、及び法人内資料のために用いられます。その際に、情報主体（以下、「本人」という）を合理的範囲内で撮影させていただく場合があります。
Video recordings may be made during various courses and events. These are used as preparatory materials for participants, supplementary and review materials for absentees, and internal materials for the Association. In such cases, the data subject (hereinafter referred to as "the Individual") may be filmed within a reasonable scope.
第2条（個人情報を利用する目的）
Article 2 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information)
当法人が個人情報を収集・利用する目的は、以下のとおりです。

当法人のサービスの提供・運営のため
For the provision and operation of the Association's services.
本人からのお問い合わせに回答するため（本人確認を行うことを含む）
To respond to inquiries from the Individual (including identity verification).
本人が利用中のサービスの更新情報及び当法人が提供する他のサービスの案内を送付するため
To send updates on services currently used by the Individual and information about other services provided by the Association.
重要なお知らせなど必要に応じたご連絡のため

マーケティング調査および分析のため

上記の利用目的に付随する目的

第3条（利用目的の変更）
Article 3 (Changes to the Purpose of Use)
当法人は、利用目的が変更前と関連性を有すると合理的に認められる場合に限り、個人情報の利用目的を変更するものとします。利用目的の変更を行った場合には、変更後の目的について、本ウェブサイト上に公表するものとします。
The Association shall change the purpose of use of personal information only when such change is reasonably recognized as being related to the original purpose. When the purpose of use is changed, the revised purpose shall be published on this website.
第4条（個人情報の第三者提供）
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
当法人は、次に掲げる場合を除いて、あらかじめ本人の同意を得ることなく、第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。ただし、以下の場合及び個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められる場合を除きます。
The Association shall not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the Individual, except in the following cases and as permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations:
本人の事前の同意・承諾を得た場合
When prior consent or approval has been obtained from the Individual.
本人より、当法人が第三者に対して情報提供を行うことを内容とするご依頼をいただいた場合
When the Individual requests that the Association provide information to a third party.
決済にあたり金融機関・カード会社等との間で口座番号およびクレジットカードの有効期限などの個人情報を交換する必要がある場合
When it is necessary to exchange personal information such as account numbers and credit card expiration dates with financial institutions and card companies for payment purposes.
法令に基づき司法機関、行政機関からその要請を受けた場合
When requested by judicial or administrative authorities based on laws and regulations.
人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であり、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
When it is necessary for the protection of life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the Individual.
国の機関もしくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令に定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であり、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼす場合があるとき
When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government body, or a person entrusted by such body, in performing duties prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the Individual may hinder the performance of such duties.
第5条（個人情報の開示）
Article 5 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
個人情報保護法に基づき、保有個人データの本人又は正当な代理人からの開示を求められた場合、遅滞なくこれを開示します。ただし、以下に定める場合は不開示とさせて頂きます。
Based on the Personal Information Protection Act, when disclosure of retained personal data is requested by the Individual or a legitimate representative, the Association shall disclose such data without delay. However, non-disclosure may apply in the following cases:
本人又は正当な代理人との確認ができない場合
When the identity of the Individual or the legitimacy of the representative cannot be confirmed.
本人又は第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合
When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the Individual or a third party.
当事務局の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
When there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper performance of the Association's operations.
他の法令に違反することとなる場合
When disclosure would violate other laws and regulations.
第6条（個人情報の訂正および削除）
Article 6 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
本人は、当法人の保有する自己の個人情報が誤った情報である場合には、当法人に対して個人情報の訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去、第三者の停止（以下「訂正等」といいます）を請求することができ、当法人は、その請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合には、遅滞なく当該個人情報の訂正等を行うものとし、訂正等を行った、または行わない旨の決定をしたときは、遅滞なく本人に通知します。
When the Individual's personal information held by the Association is inaccurate, the Individual may request the Association to correct, add, delete, suspend use, erase, or cease provision to third parties (hereinafter referred to as "corrections, etc."). When the Association determines that it is necessary to comply with such a request, it shall make corrections, etc. to such personal information without delay, and shall notify the Individual without delay when a decision has been made to make or not make corrections, etc.
第7条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）

本ポリシーの内容は、法令その他本ポリシーに別段の定めのある事項を除いて変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ウェブサイトに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。
The contents of this Policy may be changed, except for matters otherwise provided for by laws, regulations, or this Policy. The revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
第8条（Cookie情報の利用、広告配信等について）

The Association may use cookies, including those of third parties, on the Association's website for the purpose of improving services to users, such as modifying website content and enhancing navigation, thereby transmitting data from the Association's website to the user's computer and storing it on the computer in use. 当法人は、複数の広告配信事業者と提携し、インターネットサイトにおいて当社の公告を掲載することがあります。お客様がCookieの受け取りを可能な設定としている場合は、広告配信事業者の広告枠に当法人の広告が表示されることがあります。広告の配信を希望されない場合は、以下のオプトアウトページにアクセスし、各事業者サイトの手順に従い、無効化の設定をお願いいたします。
The Association partners with multiple advertising distribution service providers and may place its advertisements on internet sites.
